Refund policy
Effective October 4, 2026
Firm & Fair (the Owner Edition, the Team Edition, the Policy Pack add-on and the Owner to Team upgrade) is a digital product: a set of PDF guides and cards, editable Word (.docx) templates with PDF copies and, in the Team Edition, a PowerPoint (.pptx) training deck, delivered by download as soon as your payment goes through. Nothing ships, and there is nothing to send back.
The 30 day guarantee
If Firm & Fair is not right for you, email support@getfirmfair.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $197 USD (Owner Edition), $297 USD (Team Edition), $47 USD (Policy Pack) or $100 USD (Owner to Team upgrade) you paid.
There are no conditions on this. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to prove you read it, and you keep the download either way.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@getfirmfair.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. That is the whole process.
A written copy of this refund policy is available on request: email support@getfirmfair.com and we will send it.
We reply within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
If you have lost the order number, email us anyway and tell us roughly when you bought. We will find it.
Your rights if something is actually wrong with the product
The guarantee above is something we offer voluntarily. It sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them.
Under Austrian law we owe you a two year statutory warranty on digital content, and for the first year of it the law assumes any defect was there from the start unless we show otherwise. If Firm & Fair does not match how we described it, is missing part of what was promised, or will not open, that is a warranty matter and not a goodwill matter. Tell us and we will fix it or refund it.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us first. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback from your bank, and we have never refused one.
